These are typical houses in this part of Bolivia. Adobe bricks with thatch roofs. While driving to Mizque the bolt holding the alternator onto the vehicle became loose and fell off. So we were stuck on the side of the road when this truck drives by. We ask him if he could help us and he runs to his truck and pulls out a nut, bolt and washer that fits perfectly. Twenty minutes later with a little of Wilf´s magic we are back on the road. What are the odds of that happening? We are literally in the middle no where in an 1800 type setting. And a bolt appears.
